The Rhodium plating is made after a deep degreasing. With a galvanic treatment, the metal part is coated with a thin thickness, variable, but with a maximum of few microns.

This type of treatment can be selective, it means that is possible to coat only some surface or to coat the same surface with different thicknesses.

The Rhodium is usually applicated after a layer of silver in a way to obtain an more lucent effect, more resistant to friction and oxidation.
