Applications of chemical Nickel plating

Chemical Nickel plating can be applied as a treatment for corrosion protection, wear resistance and general improvement of treated surfaces. In addition, nickel plating also functions as an intermediate (barrier) treatment before subsequent treatments such as gold plating, silver plating, tin plating and other metals.

Nickel plating with phosphorus

We usually make Nickel treatments with medium phosphorus Nickel, known for low magnetics properties. If requested, we can use high phosphorus level to guaranty a best resistance on corrosion.

Nickel plating as difference of the other treatments guaranty a thickness of coating very regular, independently from the shape of the metal part.
